Samuel Verbi is a Vice President at Generation Pledge, where he leads the Polycapital Academy, overseeing the development and expansion of educational and advisory services for wealth holders and professionals. Samuel is passionate about impact and people, driven by a desire to answer the questions that matter and unlock the impact potential of individuals and organisations.
Prior to joining Generation Pledge, Samuel co-founded two impact evaluation organisations: Eido Research, which supports faith-based organisations in measuring and enhancing their social and spiritual impact, and the Kingdom Impact Framework, which developed a set of validated spiritual impact metrics. In addition, he has served as a Senior Advisor at Porticus, where he provided systems change consultancy and coached stakeholders to make evidence-based decisions in their philanthropy.
Samuel holds a Master of Science in Sociology from the University of Amsterdam and is a Scholar of Trinity College Dublin. His additional training includes the Ambitious Impact Research Training Program, aimed at equipping researchers with applied skills such as identifying the most effective interventions and conducting charity evaluations, setting them up for impactful research careers.
