Danny brings an interdisciplinary lens to resource allocation and systems change. Her career has focused on translating good intentions into effective action across sectors, from environmental law to philanthropy. She is working with Generation Pledge to develop educational programming that helps wealth holders maximize their positive impact. Previously, she strengthened philanthropic program offerings at Ambitious Impact (formerly Charity Entrepreneurship) and served as Legislative Counsel at Earthjustice, engaging with Congress and stakeholders to increase equitable funding for ocean climate resilience. Her international experience with NGOs across North and South America informs her perspective on cross-border collaboration and impact.
As an educator, Danny developed and teaches a course on Global Food Systems and Social Justice at Vermont Law School, where she helps students explore the intersections of law, policy, and social change. She holds a JD from Vermont Law School, a Master's in Theological Studies from Vanderbilt University, and a BA in Sustainable Development from Columbia University. Danny currently lives in Galway, Ireland with her husband and young son.
